How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select your size, and add items to your basket. When you're ready, click the cart icon and proceed to checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@snowpawuk.com. We'll do our best to accommodate changes, but once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We don't currently offer gift wrapping, but all of our products come in beautiful branded packaging that makes a lovely gift as is.
How long does delivery take?
For in-stock UK mainland orders placed before 9am GMT on working days, delivery is usually next working day. Orders placed after 9am are typically delivered on the following working day after dispatch. Delivery options for UK and international destinations are shown at checkout, and international delivery times vary by destination.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to international destinations. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on where your order is going.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs, including free UK delivery eligibility, are shown at checkout before you place your order. International rates vary by destination.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use the tracking number to follow your delivery progress.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day returns policy. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging. Please contact us at service@snowpawuk.com to arrange a return.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes. Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange. We recommend checking our Size Guide before ordering to ensure the best fit.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
How do I care for my sheepskin products?
Keep your sheepskin products away from direct heat and sunlight. For cleaning, use a damp cloth to gently wipe the surface. For deeper cleaning, we recommend a specialist sheepskin cleaner. See our full Care Instructions page for detailed guidance.
Are your products waterproof?
Sheepskin is naturally water-resistant to light moisture, but our products are not designed for heavy rain or wet conditions. We recommend applying a sheepskin protector spray for additional weather protection.
How long do sheepskin slippers last?
With proper care, our sheepskin slippers can last several years. The natural sheepskin moulds to your foot over time, becoming more comfortable with wear.
How do I find my size?

What if I'm between sizes?
If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit. Sheepskin naturally moulds to your foot shape over time.
Do your products come in half sizes?
Most of our products are available in whole sizes only. If you're a half size, we recommend sizing up.
